Impact Sports specialises Multisports Coaching for children aged 3 to 11 years near Hemel Hempstead. Join our coaching school to develop confident athletes.
Divided into 3 age groups: Mega Maestros (ages 3 – 5) and the Multisports Club (ages 5 – 8 and 9 – 11) our Multisports coaching is a fun, all-encompassing approach to skill-building.

From toddler steps to the end of primary school, we’ve got your child’s sporting education covered with coaching that ignites a passion for sport and builds confidence, children develop physical fitness and skillsets that sets healthy habits for other areas of their lives.
Multisports
5-8 years
Progression from the early-learning stages that begins to explore the understanding and application of technical skillsets across a variety of sports including invasion (hockey, basketball), striking (cricket and rounders) and net games (tennis and badminton).
